How to read these numbers
Person = one phone number, joined across Ringsnitch, Jigglewire, TalkEgg, Mostlyanswered, Blankety, Lawllama and Docketmonster. Lead = a new prospective client (Dana's definition). Existing clients, sales calls, robocalls and out-of-scope questions are excluded, using Ringsnitch's AI call labels (spot-checked), answering-service notes and prior Docketmonster matters.
Talked = a real conversation: answered live, or a callback that connected. A voicemail or a missed attempt doesn't count. Target = talked live, or within 60 office minutes (after-hours contacts start the clock at 8am the next business day).
Signed = a Docketmonster matter opened for the same phone number after first contact. Fees = Docketmonster's estimated fee, not cash collected.
Lawllama is joined in when its API quota allows. Without it, "lost" reasons are missing, and phone leads typed in by hand only show up through the phone systems.
